4 dried dates (finely chopped)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
1 avocado (cut into quarters)
Olive oil
Salt and pepper

1/2 cup Forty Thieves Tahini
2 Tbsp lemon juice
6 Tbsp filtered water
1 large clove of garlic (crushed)
Salt and pepper to taste
