500 g firm tofu pressed between paper towels to remove excess moisture
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp paprika
1 clove of garlic crushed
8 corn tortillas
½ lettuce shredded
1 carrot grated
1 avocado sliced
½ handful fresh coriander chopped
1 lime chopped into wedges
Almond Butter Sauce
¼ C Forty Thieves Almond Butter
2 tbsp lime juice
2 tbsp water
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp runny honey
1 tsp sriracha sauce more or less to taste
