INGREDIENTS:

1 tbsp Forty Thieves Scorched Almond 

2 tbsp Real Rad Food Rad Protein Vanilla  

1/2 cup frozen or fresh berries of choice

220g Plain greek yoghurt

A sprinkle of cinnamon

METHOD:

  1. Add 220g of plain greek yoghurt to bowl
  2. Add 2 tbsp of Real Rad Food Rad Vanilla Protein powder to bowl and stir until smooth
  3. Top with 1 tbsp of Forty Thieves Scorched Almond and 1/2 cup of berries
  4. Dust a sprinkle of cinnamon to taste
