INGREDIENTS:

Base
Justines x Forty Thieves Protein Cookie Peanut Butter Bar

Peanut Butter Cheesecake Filling
3/4 cup Protein Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Smooth
1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup
Optional: Dash of milk to thin texture

Toppings
Melted Dark Chocolate
Drizzle of Peanut Butter Smooth
Chopped Peanuts

METHOD:

  1. Base: Crumble the Peanut Butter Protein Bar and press into the bottom of a jar.
  2. Cheesecake Filling: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together. Add a dash of milk if the mixture is too thick. Stir until smooth and creamy. Spoon the cheesecake filling mixture over the protein bar base and smooth the top.
  3. Toppings: Add a small layer of peanut butter, then another layer of melted dark chocolate to pour over the cheesecake layer. Finish with a drizzle of peanut butter and garnish with chopped peanuts.
  4. Chill: For meal prep, store in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day. If you’re short on time, chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
