INGREDIENTS:
150g Knife Cut Noodles
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 tsp Ginger, Minced
2 tbsp Peanut Butter Crunchy
2 tbsp Chilli Crisp Oil
1 tsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
½ tbsp Rice Vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
2 to 3 tbsp Hot Water (to thin)
Garnish with:
More Chilli Oil
Fried Shallots
Sesame Seeds
Spring Onions
Soft Boiled Egg
METHOD:
Combine peanut butter, chilli crisp oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger together in a bowl.
Cook knife cut noodles according to packet instructions. Once cooked, drain and transfer to a separate bowl.
Pour the sauce over the warm noodles and toss until well coated.
Garnish with extra chilli oil, fried shallots, sesame seeds, chopped spring onions, and a soft-boiled egg. Serve immediately and enjoy the spicy, nutty goodness!
