INGREDIENTS:

3 ripe bananas
1 cup buckwheat flour
1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Splash of plant milk
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Toppings:
Forty Thieves Halloween Chocolate Treat Butter
Sliced banana

METHOD:

  1. Blend bananas, plant milk, cinnamon, baking soda, and baking powder. Add flour (and protein powder if using), blend again. Add more milk if needed.
  2. Stir in apple cider vinegar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour batter into a hot non-stick pan. Cook for 2–3 mins each side.
  4. Stack pancakes, top with sliced banana and Halloween Chocolate Treat Butter
