No-bake Chocolate PB Crunch Bars

Craving something sweet and satisfying? These bars are made with Forty Thieves SuperFood Chocolate Butter, crunchy nuts, rice puffs and dark chocolate!

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup dark chocolate chips
1 ÂĽ cup Forty Thieves SuperFood Chocolate Butter
1 ½ cup chopped nuts
1 ½ puffed rice cereal
Salt flakes to top

METHOD:

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl combine chocolate and Forty Thieves SuperFood Chocolate Butter. Melt in increments of 30 seconds for a total of 1.5 minutes or until the chocolate is smooth (stirring in between).
  2. To the bowl add chopped nuts and puffed rice cereal and stir to combine.
  3. Press the mixture into a parchment paper lined square baking pan, and freeze.
  4. After 3+ hours (overnight is ideal) remove the pan from the freezer, carefully cut it into squares and enjoy straight out of the freezer!
