Keto Caramel Mousse

Keto Caramel Mousse

Prep: 10 minutes    Fridge: 4 hours    Serves: 3



  • 200ml coconut cream
  • ½ cup of Forty Thieves Caramel Keto Butter
  • 2 Tbsp melted cacao butter
  • ¼ Tsp monk fruit powder



  • 2 Tbsp roasted almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 2 Tbsp cacao nibs



Add the coconut cream, Caramel Keto Butter, monk fruit powder and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat over low heat, mixing well until everything has combined.


Pour into three small glasses (or ramekins) and pop in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.


When you’re ready to serve, top with some chopped almonds and cacao nibs.
