Summer Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

 

Smoothie:

2 frozen bananas

1 cup frozen strawberries

1 cup watermelon

2 tbsp Forty Thieves Almond Butter Crunchy

2 cups coconut milk

 

Topping:

4 tbsp of Forty Thieves Almond Butter Crunchy

1/2 cup fresh berries & fruit

1/2 cup granola or nuts

1/2 cup coconut yoghurt

 

Smoothie:
Combine all smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix on high until completely smooth. Pour into two small bowls.

Toppings: 

Gently stir coconut yoghurt through the smoothie bowl. You can create a pattern with the back of the spoon or using a knife. Gently add 2 spoonfuls of Almond Butter Crunchy and fresh berries onto the smoothie bowl. Sprinkle with granola and serve immediately.
