1/2 cup granola (store bought or try Peanut Butter Granola)
1/2 cup dairy or coconut yoghurt
4 tbsp shredded coconut
1/2 jar of Forty Thieves Salted Macadamia
10 fresh strawberries cut into quarters
2 tbsp chopped macadamias (optional)
In two short glasses, gently layer each ingredient in the following order: granola, coconut, yoghurt, strawberries and then Salted Macadamia. Aim for at least two layers of each ingredient which should take you to the top of the glass. Top each glass with shredded coconut chopped macadamias and one strawberry. Serve chilled.
