PB & J Chia Pudding Parfait

Prep: 5 minutes    Fridge: 1-2 hours    Serves: 1

 

Ingredients

 

Chia Pudding Base

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional for added sweetness)

 

To Layer:

  • Forty Thieves Peanut Butter Smooth
  • Jam of your choice (we use strawberry jam!)

 

Method 

In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, vanilla and maple syrup. Stir until combined.

 

Set in the fridge to chill for at least 1-2 hours (preferably overnight), or until a pudding-like consistency.

 

To serve, layer the peanut butter, chia pudding base and strawberry jam in a mason jar. Top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of chia seeds.
