Add the coconut cream, Caramel Keto Butter, monk fruit powder and cacao butter to a small saucepan and heat over low heat, mixing well until everything has combined.
Pour into three small glasses (or ramekins) and pop in the fridge to set for at least 4 hours or overnight.
When you’re ready to serve, top with some chopped almonds and cacao nibs.
