Gingerbread Bliss Balls Mix

Turn your used Forty Thieves jars into gorgeous gifts.

You will need: 
Clean Forty Thieves 500g glass jar
Brown tag
Whole punch
Twine
White paper and pen (or printed tag)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup almond flour (bottom layer)
1 and 1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup cashews
1/4 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup almond flour (second layer)
1/4 cup Forty Thieves Almond Butter
3 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp coconut oil
Assembly instructions:
Add each ingredient one by one as listed above levelling out with a spoon, starting with 1/4 cup almond flour. Pat each layer down to reduce combining with adjacent layers.
Method (to write on the back of tag) 
Combine all ingredients in food processor. Blitz again until ingredients are combined and can be rolled into balls.

    Hi there, just wondering how long these keep for i.e. how far in advance can you make them?

      Hi Emma! We actually haven’t tested it but around one month in the fridge should be fine before ingredients are combined. If you want your jars to last longer, leave out the wet ingredients on the top.

    Can you swap the nut butter and/or the flour for something other than almond?
