Hi there, just wondering how long these keep for i.e. how far in advance can you make them?

Hi Emma! We actually haven’t tested it but around one month in the fridge should be fine before ingredients are combined. If you want your jars to last longer, leave out the wet ingredients on the top.

Can you swap the nut butter and/or the flour for something other than almond?
