Is SuperFood Hemp Butter healthy?

YES, SuperFood; Hemp, Nuts and Seeds is looking to be our healthiest nut butter yet! It was designed to showcase what we like to call ‘The original superfoods’. A combination of nuts and seeds offer minerals and vitamins that support eye health, bone health, immune system and brain health.

• Manganese: Vital for bone formation. Ensures normal functioning of the brain and proper activity of the nervous system.
• Magnesium: Helps with regular muscle and nerve function, regulating blood pressure, and supporting the immune system.
• Omega 3: Thought to manage heart disease, lower blood pressure and keep arteries clear of plaque.

Why herbs and black pepper?

At Forty Thieves, not only passionate about offering healthy products made with natural ingredients but every product must win on flavour too! While nuts and seeds on their own taste great on their own, for an added taste explosion we chose natural and healthy ways to enhance the flavour even further – with simple green herbs, salt and black pepper. Unlike any other spreads on the market, is a real savoury sensation like no other.

What are some creative ways to eat SuperFood Hemp Butter?

• Try a SuperFood Butter and avocado loaded toast made with wholemeal sourdough. Add sauerkraut a drizzle of tangy vinaigrette or even your favourite hot sauce.
• Enjoy as a snack in the afternoon. Cut up fresh carrot, celery and capsicum sticks and enjoy a plant-based protein kick that’s full of flavour.
• Create a healthy SuperFood slice packed with crunch! Blitz a range of your favourite nuts, seeds, fruit and coconut and bind together with a combination of coconut nectar or wildflower honey and a couple of heaped spoonfuls of SuperFood Butter. Press into a baking tin and store in the fridge for dessert or morning snack.
