There’s something about a Kiwi summer at the bach that just feels right. Slow mornings, sandy feet, toast on the couch, and plans that can wait until after breakfast.
Forty Thieves has teamed up with Bachcare to encourage Kiwis to say yes to a holiday. Together, we’re celebrating the simple moments that make a getaway so good and reminding everyone that breakfast just tastes better at the bach.

A Summer Ritual Worth Sharing
The Forty Thieves x Bachcare collaboration celebrates something familiar to most of us: time away at the bach with family and friends. While our two brands operate in very different spaces (Forty Thieves makes nut butter and Bachcare manages holiday homes), both are part of the same experience, full days fuelled by Forty Thieves and a comfortable Bachcare home to return to.
And at the heart of it all is one simple summer truth: breakfast just tastes better at the bach!
The collaboration comes to life at Bachcare’s Kawakawa Holiday House in Piha, where Brent and Shyr (founders of Forty Thieves) headed for a classic summer escape with a boot full of nut butters and a bucket list packed with beach days and snacks. They captured their time away, and together we turned it into a four-part series designed to inspire Kiwis to say yes to getting away, with the final episode revealing our epic giveaway.
The giveaway is running on social media, supported by a run of large-format posters across Auckland, thanks to Phantom Billstickers.

Whether you’re heading away this summer or dreaming about your next escape, Bachcare and Forty Thieves invite you to say yes to getting away and enjoy breakfast at the bach.
